Returns and Refunds Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Teakforboats.com
Complaints regarding unacceptable quality must be made in writing within 15 days of invoice date.
If an incorrect product has been ordered, Teakforboats.com must be notified within 7 working days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange the goods return. Once the goods have been returned, we will refund the value of the product but we will deduct any carriage /postage charges that were incurred.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our carrier is used to collect any items from you to return to us.
Short or damaged deliveries must be notified in writing within 3 working days of receipt. Deliveries must be checked for damage prior to signing the Carrier's delivery note. No complaints shall be entertained if the Carrier's delivery note has been signed as "received in good condition".
We recommend obtaining product samples prior to ordering especially in the case of window rubbers, edging trims and replacement inserts as products that are ordered and cut to your specification cannot be returned. Non-stock items cannot be returned unless faulty and with prior arrangement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
